I will definitely contact Christina and Abe again for another event. 4 bottles came out right away and our waitress was great and helpful when we requested different mixers.

In fact they moved a party, cleaned up the tables, so they could accommodate us all with 2 adjoining tables within minutes. Luckily we did not need to use it! We arrived in the VIP line and was seated right away. Christina and Abe confirmed our party the day of and even provided us with a Customer Service number - God forbid anything went wrong the night of the party.

Then, the appetizer platter came about 2 minutes after for it just to be 70percent fries and 30 percent everything else (which some things were missing from the platter) which I found to be a robbery since they charge 35 dollars for the freaking plate and they charged 15 dollars for 6 wings with little meat. The churrasco was the first Thing that came out even though the "appetizers should have come first but whatever I was really hungry so it didn't really matter at that point but it was cold upon arrival unfortunately.

The food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive which was ridiculous for a place that wasn't even at full capacity with open tables available (factoring in the Covid-19 regulations to have a table apart).

I ordered the churrasco steak, chicken wings and the appetizer platter that brought a bit of everything (chicken, steak, fries, potatoes and bloody sausage). She took about 15-20 min to take our order. Our server was fine as first and was quick to sit us down and give us a menu and from that point on the tables turned. Worst customer service ever experience and price gouging to the maxĪbsolutely worst service I've received in a while.
